The Galley is a medium sized, modestly outfitted, shared-use commercial kitchen designed primarily as a commissary for Mobile Food Units (food trucks, food trailers, etc.), caterers, artisans, and other food business entrepreneurs.
The Galley is also perfect for menu creation and testing for established, and new construction, brick-and-mortar establishments.
